Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
When are orders processed?
Orders are processed on Mondays (excluding holidays). Orders placed after Sunday ship the following Monday.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personal-care nature of soap and skincare items, we do not accept returns of used or opened products.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jasudz@yahoo.com with your order number and photos, and weโll make it right (replacement or refund as appropriate).
Is sodium hydroxide in the finished bar?
We use sodium hydroxide to turn oils into soap through a process called saponification. When soap is properly made and cured, the sodium hydroxide is used up in the reaction and none remains in the finished bar.
