Due to the personal-care nature of soap and skincare items, we do not accept returns of used or opened products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at (507)-412-3332 with your order number, and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund as appropriate).
