Ordering & account
You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
Pricing & payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. Payment must be received before an order ships.
Shipping (USA only) & processing schedule
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Orders are processed on Mondays (excluding holidays). Orders placed after Sunday ship the following Monday. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Due to the personal-care nature of soap and skincare items, we do not accept returns of used or opened products. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jasudz@yahoo.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund as appropriate).
Product information & ingredients
We do our best to describe products accurately. Ingredients are listed on product pages/labels. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review ingredients before purchasing.
Sodium hydroxide (lye) in soapmaking
We use sodium hydroxide to turn oils into soap through a process called saponification. When soap is properly made and cured, the sodium hydroxide is used up in the reaction and none remains in the finished bar.
